1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Radiant Goddess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

6. Order Changes or Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
To request a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.
